As a first-year student stepping into the world of engineering and cybersecurity, I couldn’t have asked for a more inspiring welcome than Sanjivani Sankalp 2k25 – the official induction program of Sanjivani University. These first few days were filled with insights, motivation, and real talk from some of the finest minds in the industry.
Let me take you through a quick recap of the first 3 days — the experience was unforgettable.
Day 1 - Monday, 7th July 2025.
Session: Guest Talk.
Topic: Growth Mindset: Turning Challenges into Opportunities.
Speaker: Mr. Vasant Khokale, Founder and CEO, Arieotech.
The induction kickstarted with a powerful talk by Mr. Vasant Khokale. He spoke about something that instantly struck a chord with all of us — The idea of developing a growth mindset. His words felt real. He encouraged us to view failures as part of the process and reminded us that challenges are actually opportunities in disguise.
“Success isn’t about avoiding failure. It’s about learning and adapting.”
I left the session genuinely pumped and a little more fearless about the road ahead.
Day 2 - Tuesday, 8th July 2025.
Event: Panel Discussion - Industry Insights.
Topic: Future-Ready: Skills You Should Start Building Today.

The second day was an absolute goldmine for students like us. This panel brought together professionals from diverse companies and backgrounds who all shared one core message: Skills matter more than just degrees.
They spoke about communication, adaptability, digital tools, and most importantly, the need to start preparing for the future now — not later. We got a clearer picture of what industries actually expect and how we can stand out.
Day 3 - Wednesday, 9th July 2025.
Sessions: Guest Talk.
Topic: The Power of Purpose: Finding Meaning in What You Do.
Speaker: Mr. Sanjay Varier, Vice President India Strategy - WESCO.
This session took us inward. Mr. Sanjay Varier focused on something many of us don’t talk about enough — purpose. He emphasized that beyond placements and packages, true satisfaction comes from knowing why you do what you do. He spoke calmly, almost like a mentor guiding us to think deeper about our goals, values, and future paths.
"When your ‘why’ is clear, your journey becomes meaningful."
That hit different.
Final Thoughts:
These first three days of Sanjivani Sankalp 2k25 were more than just formal introductions to the university. They were packed with real stories, wisdom, and inspiration from industry leaders who’ve walked the path ahead of us. From unlocking a growth mindset, to building future-proof skills, and understanding the importance of purpose — each session left a mark.
